An Eco Heritage Tour to the Volta region, Ghana.

Join Afro’edged Tours Ghana for an unforgettable Eco Heritage adventure exploring Volta. Our journey begins with a visit to the historic Cape St. Paul Lighthouse, a beacon guiding ships away from the submerged dangers since 1901. After taking in breathtaking views from the top, we will indulge in delicious meals at one of Keta township’s renowned restaurants, Cereno Homes.

Then, we will delve into a heartfelt history of Fort Prinzenstein which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site witnessing the legacy of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Relaxation awaits at Emancipation Beach before we retire for the night.

Day 2 brings thrills at Amedzofe canopy walkway and a pit stop at KCS for lunch. Upon reaching the Amedzofe Township, we will take a hike to the walkway as the road is not suited for vehicles.

Finally, we will encounter the revered Mona monkeys at Tafi Atome Monkey Sanctuary and explore the vibrant Tafi Abuife Kente village before concluding our enriching journey back to Accra.
